If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return hardware and unopened software within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
